Can we close our eyes in namaz during sajdah, as I heard it’s not permissible to close our eyes in namaz?
There Is Likely No Specific Hadith Addressing This Issue. However, In “Wasaail Al Shia,” There Is A Chapter Discussing The Permissibility Of Closing One’s Eyes During Ruku.
Therefore, It Is Reasonable To Infer That Closing One’s Eyes During Sujood Should Not Be Impermissible.
As far as I have heard we should not close our eyes during salat and for being on safe side I aslo don’t close my eyes. I don’t have any references backing my answer but my close friend told me this who is a Zakir e Ahlulbait and he read books of Hadiths and Masail
