    Try to stay calm.

    Try to forgive.

Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (p) said, “Whoever is angry with someone, let him sit down immediately if he is standing. Indeed, doing so will repel from him the uncleanliness of Satan. And whoever gets angry with his family member let him approach and (gently) touch [them]; for the feeling of family affiliation, when stimulated by touch, induces calmness.”

Recite very often the following verse:

    وَٱلْكَـٰظِمِينَ ٱلْغَيْظَ وَٱلْعَافِينَ عَنِ ٱلنَّاسِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

I leave my anger for the sake of Allah..and trust me when you set your mind that you should leave your anger for the sake of Allah then no matter how bad someone say about you, you r not gonna feel angry.. it simply just lightens your mind and make you feel calm..❤️

  4. There are actually many ways. My personal opinion in this regard is, perform wudhu, with cold water, which would help you calm down a bit.  And its better to pray and talk your heart out to Almighty!! Cry hard and let everything out yourself, and believe me, the peace you’re heart experiences after that is justt unexpressible!!

  5. Recite Durood on Mohammad wa Aale Mohammad ع as much as you can..and specially whenever you feel angry. Also change your position whatever you’re doing just stop doing that whenever it seems that things are out of your control and you lose control on yourself. Also do recite Lahola wala Quwwata illa Billah..It’ll work InshaAllah
