Recite after every salah and blow on the fingers and thereafter rub them on the eye lids:
فَكَشَفْنَا عَنْكَ غِطَاءَكَ
فَبَصَرُكَ الْيَوْمَ حَدِيدٌ *
Fakashafnaa ‘anka ghitaa’aka fabasarukal yawma hadeed
And We have removed your cover from you, so your sight, this Day, is sharp.”
(Surah Qaf Verse 22)
