Many of my close ones aren’t boycotting and I don’t know what to do .They don’t even see if they are gone for the ziarat of Ahlulbayt.(A.S).And I feel like trying to distance myself from them but that is something that the imams highly oppose of
Any advices on what should I do ?
As answered before too
If they’re family you can’t distance yourself from them, just be sure of what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. Other than that, pray for them
Pray for them alottt
May Allah paak guide them to the right path ameen
But if they’re your friends, you should have the ability to vocalise your concerns. Not force them but vocalise
Other than that
Pray for them too
but if, (which might be the case most likely) you feel you can get distracted from your path because of them. Find your distance.
It is better to be alone than in wrong company
Salam Alaykem
I recommend telling them that Ayotallah Sistani said it is WAJIB for us to boycott businesses that have repeatedly given money to Israel. Instead of distancing yourself from your family, I recommend reminding them of the holy shrines of the Ahlulbayt (a) and the blessings for visiting them.
I would also only distance myself from them if they are friends, because narrations have told us we are only allowed to not speak to our family members for 3 days. As for friends, it is important to pick the right friends. So, if you feel like they take you away from the religion, I would distance myself from them.
