If your in sitting position, stand . If your sleeping .get up . If you are waked up m then sleep ( floor ) .
Because in simple . While you will be busy in your physical actions . Your mental stress goess quick away .

Let’s answer it 😊 from Qur’an itself
: Surah Luqman (31:13-14):”And [mention, O Muhammad], when Luqman said to his son while he was instructing him, ‘O my son, do not associate [anything] with Allah. Indeed, association [with him] is great injustice.'”
In this verse a very clear concept comes here is of association of allah with something other .
Let’s discuss briefly;
As non muslims says that we bow towards one super power with many idols as just a meditation. And their is no defference . Let’s see 🙈.
Allah is a great power which can’t be fixed with a small worldly item ( idol ) let’s assume with simple example . ( Worldly example ) .
If their is a ocean 🌊. Flowing trillions of litre of water ( unlimited : no limited space, no limited quantity) , which have no limit .
And if I take a water bottle ( limited quantity, measureable items . Like 1 litre bottle ) and take the water of ocean inside the water bottle and say proudly : ocean is inside the water bottle . So does it mean really , the water is all ocean. ? . It’s a sort of disrespect for ocean itself.
Similarly in Qur’an verse. ” ..., association [with allah ] is great injustice.’.
Here comparing allah with s statue 🗿 ? So how come it’s a sort of prayer ? .

Before starting let me bring you to point what Qur’an says on such issues
: Surah Al-Mu’minun (23:5-7) speaks about the believers being those “who guard their private parts except from their spouses… but whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors.”
Here in simple allah says about two things.
1) what to gaurd
2) with whom not to gaurd
1) allah says to gaurd private parts , does this only mean just not to show? . No , here allah says indirectly to
* To protect your private part ( sexual desires , from non mehrams , that meas directly indirectly , lower your gaze on women’s ! .
2 ) who are the , on whom their is no ( halal for sexual desires ? ) .
* Allah’ gives another answer where he says controlling on sexual desire until marriage .
Now what’s the quick way to leave mastrubation ?
* According to many imams , the best of best of best action to this is Fasting ( ROZA) . WHERE a person always will be in control indirectly . Where he will follow namaz , where he will read Qur’an , where he will be always pure , where he will be clean ( with ghusl)
* Marriage, that is why islam promotes early marriages .
* Avoid such social media application where vulgar have reached its limit . Like fb videos , Instagram
* Always try to be with 2+ peoples . Even possible with parents or friends .
* Avoid being alone at any cost

Salam alaikum. Islam is a religion of peace , and out most islam loves peace over battle ( violence)
As per your imaginable question ( which is surely no halali in the world does ) , to this reaction on such issues you should remember things
1) if someone is coming to hurt someone , you have the right to defend at most , but illogically you don’t have the right to take sudden reactions ( even you are on right side ) . As sort of punishment to any issues , you should either go through legally . Or make the culprit captive and call the jamaat ( group of people like , anjuman , police , or higher authority ) . Indeed with such proofs , whatever comes will be left on the government decisions.
In simple :
Islam prefers respect over any other issues . Even when qabil attacked hazrath habil ( son of Adam a.s the true successor ) , hazrath habil didn’t even raised his hands against his brother , just because he have higher status . And defended himself .
And people don’t have the right to take sudden reactions on this such issues , as it always gives negative effect . Instead . You should go with legal ( calm reaction ) .
In conclusion.
Surah Al-Isra (17:23): “And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], ‘uff,‘ and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word.”
Even Qur’an says . You don’t even have right to say just off to parent s then how can you raise hands against them ? .
* When they attacks , it’s your responsibility to defend them (the one who is getting killed ) .
* Something happens , you don’t have right to take onspot action like kill him . Just make sure go with ( anjuman , police , court , ) rather taking decision in your hand . Take decision from government ( anjuman , police , court )
