    Salam Sister,

you have to get someone to talk to. Everyone in this world needs a close friend, where she can share her stories with, inner feelings, who you really are. Don’t suppress this. Maybe you think no one wants you, but please, believe me, if you go to a door and knock it, you will certainly see welcoming people. People are good beings, they have interest in you, they can understand, smile, laugh. You should be with positive people to stay positive, and gift people your smile.

The cure to depression is the silencing of the heart. The silencing of the heart is through the remembrance of Allah: “Those who believe and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort” (Surah Ra’d – 28). Saying “Subhanallah, valhamdulillah, vala ilaha illallah, vallahu akbar”, many times is healing of the heart, your mind gets clearer, your soul gets healed, you can think better, it isn’t boring anymore. Extend it with other duas that you know, go out to the nature, sniff the breeze, fill your eyes with the beautiful green trees, touch the water, connect with nature. Your brain is vibrating in 7,32 Hz when you are relaxing, thats the same rate of the earth, that sends alpha waves out of itself, 7,32 Hz. That’s why you are always relaxed and chilled when you are in nature and walk barefoot, because you are vibrating at the same frequencies. That’s a big key.

Never forget to mention Ahlul Bayt: “Allahumma Salli 3ala Muhammad, va ali Muhammad”, say this until your heart finds rest. The names of Ahlul Bayt are the keys to paradise, the essence of light, beauty, inner peace. Mention them, your organs hear it, your body hears it, your heart hears it, and they are all submitted to these holy beings. Everything bows down to Allah, willingly or unwillingly, and you can activate it.

When things are not in your control, they are whisperings of Satan. Saying “A3uzu billah minash shaytan arrajeem, Bismill….” should help here. And please also recite Surah Naas, because there you free yourself from the whisperings of satans and jinns and mankind, and seek help from the lord of mankind, king of mankind, god of mankind.

Allah is always with you sister, as long as you mention him, he’s right beside you. Trust him, ask him, speak with him as it is your friend. Every night before you go to bed talk to him. I made this many times, it’s literally medicine. You can feel how he listens to you. That’s such a beautiful feeling, sometimes you don’t want to quit.

I wish you all the best, get well soon inshallah 🙂
