Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (‘a) is reported to have said,

“One of the divine punishments for too much lying is that Allah makes the liar afflicted with forgetfulness.”

Every sins let it be major or minor always affect us in a bad way . Our every problem in life is due to the sins we commit daily & delay their repentence .
The concept of sin in Islam is very clear, and we don’t need deep research about it that what
is sin? And how we will know that is sin or not? The Quran and Hadith gave us a clear
instruction about it, if we see to our every action according to these fundamental principles,
instructions, and scaled on it, we can easily understand what is sin?
Allah warns all of mankind that everything mankind does in this world will be put before us on (The Day of Resurrection) as mentioned in Surah al-Zalzala:

“And he who does an atom’s weight of good will see it. And he who does an atom’s weight of evil will see it”.

The concept of sin in Islam is very clear and its proved that there is a serious connection between our spirit, and acts, our deeds influence on our soul, if we are obeying
Allah and keep involve our self in positive and healthy activates, it have psychological effect on our soul, that we will be happy ,satisfied and free of stress, but if we committing sins, it
have also physically and psychologically influence on our life, because the sinners always stress , depress and sad, and don’t satisfy in their life, due to continuously sins they became
blind and cannot differentiate between good and bad, so if someone want happiness and satisfaction in his life, he or she must avoids the sin .

Stress and anxiety :Anything that makes it harder to concentrate and lock in new information and skills can lead to memory problems. Stress and anxiety fill the bill.
Both can interfere with attention and block the formation of new memories or the retrieval of old ones.

Not sleeping enough is one of the worst things you can do for your brain. When you don’t get enough sleep, your brain doesn’t have a chance to rest and recover from the day.
This can lead to serious problems like cognitive decline, memory loss, and mood swings.

Forgetfulness is something that varies from person to person according to each individuals nature; some may be more forgetful than others.
Some of the things that may help to combat forgetfulness are the following:

    1. Keeping away from sin, because the bad effects of sin result in a bad memory and the inability to retain knowledge. The darkness of sin cannot co-exist with the light of knowledge.
When a person commits a sin, it overwhelms him and this leads to anxiety and sorrow which keeps him busy thinking about what he has done.
This dulls his senses and distracts him from many beneficial things, including seeking knowledge.
    2. Frequently remembering Allaah, may He be glorified, by reciting dhikr, tasbeeh (saying Subhan Allaah), tahmeed (Al-hamdu Lillaah), tahleel (Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah) and takbeer (Allaahu akbar), etc.

Unless Allah pleases; and remember your Lord when you forget and say: Maybe my Lord will guide me to a nearer course to the right than this. [18:24]

    3. Eating too much makes one sleep too much and become lazy, and it dulls the senses, besides exposing one to the risk of physical diseases. Most of the diseases which we see result from food and drink.
Some of the scholars have mentioned certain foods which increase the memory, such as drinking honey and eating raisins and chewing certain kinds of gum resin.

    4. Some foods also increase memory & help in fighting forgetfullness :

    1) Dates are a Sunnah food, so it is no surprise that they contain great health benefits including benefits to the brain. Add dates to your daily diet to fulfill the
Sunnah and in the process, experience a blessed improvement on your memory.

    2) Avocados are well-known for their many health benefits. But did you know that one of those benefits is an increase in brain power? It has been proven that avocado is a brain food,
so add it to your diet for increased memory and performance.

    3) Olive oil has been proven to be an effective brain food. If you are currently using other types of oil, consider switching to olive oil for a healthier meal to benefit both your brain and body.

    4) The Prophet (peace be upon him) also recommended black seed as a healthy part of our diet. Recently, science has proven many benefits of eating black seeds which includes improved
brain performance. Once again, it proves that the Sunnah foods are always recommended for a reason.

    5) Both Quran and Hadiths have clearly mentioned that sea foods are halal to eat. Science has proven that eating fish boosts your brainpower.
In fact, entire industries revolve around creating memory boosting medication from fish extracts.

    Salam !!

Envy is a deadly heart disease that leads to vices such as hypocrisy, backbiting, slandering, abuse, taunting, and torturing. It makes the human heart narrow and gloomy, causing the hasid to become unhappy over the blessings of God conferred upon the mahsud. This darkness and narrowness diminishes the spiritual light and divine spark of faith, which is the source of salvation in the Hereafter and the life and vigour of the heart.

The Prophet Muhammad warned against bearing enmity with the blessings of Allah, as it is a trap of Satan. Imam Ali and Imam Ja`far al-Sadiq have reported that hasad devours faith, making it equal to shirk in the eyes of Allah.

To purge envy from the heart, one should know that it doesn’t harm the mahsud and that it benefits them in the Hereafter. They should force themselves to be affectionate with the mahsud, respect them, and try to see their virtues as favors of Allah on them.

    Solutions :

1.The solutions for the person who is jealous and the person who thinks that someone is jealous of him, someone is jinxing him, the solution is to have faith in Allah Subhana wa Ta’ala. Know that everything is in the hands of Allah. If I see another person has something, I should have faith in Allah. Know that this is what Allah has given this person. If I am afraid that someone is going to be jealous of me, someone has their eye on me, I should also resort to Allah, because Allah says: “Qul lan yuseebana illa ma kataba Allahu lana, huwa mawlana, wa ‘ala Allah fa la yatawakkal il-mu’minun”(9:51) . Say nothing will fall upon me, “Qul lan yuseebana illa ma kataba Allahu lana”, only what Allah has destined for me will happen. “Huwa mawlana”, Allah is our Master, Allah is our Lord and wa ‘ala Allah fa la yatawakkal il-mu’minun”, the believers, the mu’minin, they rely on Allah. If you are living a difficult lifestyle and you see someone else has, rely on Allah, do not look at what other people have.

2.Imam Musa ibn Ja’far al-Kadhim, alayhi as-salam, advised Hisham ibn Hakam, a young orator and companion of Imam As-Sadiq, to rely on intelligence and ‘aql. He advised him to ask Allah to make his intellect high, as it would prevent him from constantly focusing on others’ actions and allowing him to focus on his own success.

Hisham ibn Hakam was a young man during the time of Imam As-Sadiq, and he used to educate and teach people. He advised him to ask Allah to make his intellect high, as it would prevent him from constantly looking at what was in the hands of others and to find means to protect himself.

In conclusion, the second solution to a life of constant danger and scrutiny is to rely on intelligence and ‘aql. By focusing on Allah and finding ways to protect oneself, one can avoid constantly living in a world where many people want to harm them and ruin their lives. By focusing on Allah and finding means to protect oneself, one can maintain a strong faith and avoid the negative influences of others.

3.The third solution, bringing faith in Allah, the ‘aql, and the third is to recite du’a. This involves reciting the Qur’an, which contains verses that serve as protection. The Qur’an contains two chapters, Surat al-Falaq and Surat al-Naas, which are meant for protection from the evils of jinn and Ins. The first verse, “Qul audhu bi Rabb in-naas, malik in-naas, illahi in-naas, min sharr il-waswaas il-khannaas, alladhee yuwaswisu fi suduri in-naas, min al-jinnati wa an-naas” (114:1-6), teaches that seeking refuge to Allah from the evils of jinn and Ins is essential. The second verse, “Qul aaudhu bi Rabb il-falaq, min sharri ma klalaq, wa min sharri ghaasiqin idha waqab, wa min sharri an-nafaathaati fi il-‘uqad” (113:1-4), warns against the evils of those who do magic, blow in a string, and are jealous. The hadith suggests that Rasul Allah used to recite these verses for the protection of Imam Al-Hasan and Imam al-Husayn. The third solution is the taqi’baat, which are du’as recited after prayers, particularly after Fajr prayer. These du’as ask for Allah’s protection from all evils, including people, jinn, Shaytan, and anything that may harm or bring down the individual .

4.The fourth solution to bringing faith in Allah is to recite du’a, which involves reciting the Qur’an, which contains verses that serve as protection.

    Salam !!

    ● First we need to understand what is the actual meanning of role model before we dive deeper & decide who can be our role model & not . We will look up to some historical examples &
narrations to clarify the topic !

    • ROLE MODEL: A role model is someone who serves an example to others by inspiring and guiding them through their behaviour , accheivments & qualities . They help individuals pursue goals
by demonstrating what is possible . They provide a living example of what is possible & helps others to set & pursue same goals .

    ● Secondly lets look up to some narrations of our holy Imam (as) regarding this topic as he is the best guide for people after Prophet Muhammad :

    • NARRATION 1 : Imam Ali (as) says -” Remember that every follower has a leader whom he follows & from the effulgence of whose knowledge he takes light.”

    • EXPLANATION : By this hadith we come to know that its obvious that every follower has a leader or a role model whom they admire & follow their steps , follow their teachings & sometime
wants to become the same . Its upto him whether to follow a role model who guides towards light(truth) by his knowledge or to follow a role model who guides towards darkness
(falsehood) becasue we become like the person whom we love & admire .

    • NARRATION 2 : Imam Ali (as) says -“Never measure Haq based on personality , measure personality based on Haq
Identify Haq & then you won’t play in hands of personality .”

    • EXPLANATION : Following the incident of Jan E Siffin , A man came to Ali (as) & he asked him about the situation of war where both the opposite parties are helding high the same flag
mentioning ” La Illaha Illallah ” but yet are against each other . How can one decide which party is on the Haq (truth) ?
Imam Ali (as) could have narrated to him the hadith of the Prophet that goes like ” Ali is with truth & truth is with Ali ” but he decided not to mention this even though
he could do that . At that instance Imam Ali spoke the exact words mentioned above ( Narration 2 ) . This narration can be supported by an example as well where its recored
in various sources that the flagbearer of Muaviah that was holding up the Flag of ” La Illaha Illallah ” was the same person who once used to do the same for the flag of
    pagan Arab stone gods !

    • The conclusion we get from this incident is that : The right flag could be in wrong hands & vice versa .

    • To support my conclusion from the narration lets look up to another example :
The example I am gonna take here is Jang E Jamal in which Aisha fought against Ali(as) in which people supported Aisha & among the people were people like Talha & Zubair .
As Zubair was a great personality among the people so when he went against Imam Ali (as) & supported Aisha in her cause people also started to blindly follow him just
    because of his personality .

    • Another example I will give is of the first two Caliphs of sunnis :
Abu Bakar & Umar had ceased the Caliphate from Ahlebait E Rasool many people accepted their caliphate & some others rejected but still after sometime of observing they
also gave bay’ah to them because of their decisive behaviour i.e they used to wear simple clothes like others when they were among the people and used to give some
speeches also that would help them to look good & attract the remaining people who firstly rejected their caliphate . In this case we see those two caliphs aren’t
on Haq but due to their decisive personality people followed them & made them as their leader & role model . But surely they were in a great error !

    • Another example I will give will be the case of Al-Shalmaghani :
According to some historical accounts, when Husayn b. Ruh became the deputy of Imam al-Mahdi (a), he appointed al-Shalmaghani to be in charge of Shi’a affairs in Baghdad .

Al-Shalmaghani did not leave the Imam and Shi’a beliefs right after his deviation. His Ghali (exaggerative) tendencies, such as incarnation of God, are clear in attributed words to him. He believed that God has appeared in human shape.
In other words, God incarnated in Adam (a) and then the following prophets and after the Prophet Muhammad (s) in the bodies of Imams (a) and after the
last Imam – Imam al-Mahdi (a) – in his own (al-Shalmaghani) body, and on the other hand Satan incarnates in the body of wicked people. According to his opinion,
God wanted to prove his existence and exaltedness by incarnation. Even his personality among the people was of great respect but again he wasn’t on Haq &
neither the people measured him by Haq . As a result He & his followers who blindly followed him went stray & deviated from the Haq .

    • Last example I wanna give is of Ali b.abi Hamza Al Bataini :

When Imam Reza (as) asked him for zakat & khums he denied giving it to the Imam outta ignorance & he denounced the Holy Imamate of Imam Reza (as) after this incident
the people who took Ali b.abi Hamza Al Bataini as their role model & leader also rejected the Imamate of Imam Reza (as) . This was because people followed him by
measure of his personality & not by measuring him by Haq .

    ● CONCLUSION : So we have now clearly seen from narrations & other historical refrences that we shouldn’t follow or admire people based on their personality but by Haq by verfiying that
the person is on Haq or not otherwise the consequence of following somebody on the basis of personality are clearly explained in above examples . In the present time ,
we have some person like Hassan Allahyari & Yasir AL Habbeb who are of the same ideolgy as Abu Bakar , Umar , Aisha , Talha & Zubair . They decive people by their
personality & the people belive them & follow them blindly as most of the people are unaware . We should follow someone and measure him/her by Haq & not by personality .
Refer these two personalities Hassan Allahyari & Yasir AL Habib to the incident of the flagbearer of Muaviah i.e even though by his personality he seemed to be worthy
of admiring by when we measured him by Haq he wasn’t among the one we should admire but was among the ones that are to be opposed !

The ones we should admire & see them as our role model are those who are obident to Allah (swt) , those who follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (saw) & love him more
than anyone in the creation of Allah (swt) . Reffering to the hadith of “Two weighty thing” , our role model should be the one who follows this teaching of Prophet
& take guidance from the Holy Quran & The Ahlulbayt of Muhammad . Who follows them whole heartedly , respects them , acknowledges them , refers to them whenever faces
any problem in his faith . Above all these things we shouldn’t follow anyone who claims to do so but we can’t see him acting according to it !
One who both claim to have these things & applies these things in their life , to their actions are the people we should take as role models , leaders, the ones we
love & the one we reach out when we are needy of knowledge as they will then surely lead us to light with their knowledge & understanding !

Imam Hasan ibn Ali (as) said :

“And among jurist(Fuqaha) those who protect themselves from sins , guard their religion , defy their carnal desires & are obedient to their Master , it is incumbent upon
the people to follow them . Such characteristics are found only in a few of them & not all.”

From early days, the Prophet gradually established an Islamic system of governance and a way of life. In its first years, the nascent Muslim community in Medina had to contend with a number of attacks and onslaughts by the Quraysh and their allies. The Prophet used every opportunity to teach the Muslims the right code of conduct for a Muslim in times of war and peace; from personal and ethical qualities they must aspire for, to social, political and fiscal policies.

The Prophet Muhammad brought about a nation and a civilization that in a relatively very short space of time won the prime position amongst all other nations. The Muslims attained such achievement so long as they adhered to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. Today even though the Muslims are numerous, they do not occupy the eminent station amongst the nations anymore, because they did not adhere to “the two momentous things”that the Prophet Muhammad left behind for them. The Muslim nation may still be a candidate to lead mankind to bliss and prosperity if they ensure to adhere to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and his successors
